Kevin J. Love has several years of strong human resources experience from several industries including financial services, manufacturing, general service, and technology businesses. Mr. Love began his career in a recruiting specialty which transitioned quickly into HR leadership roles with Associates First Capital (now Citigroup), Energetic Solutions (now Orica), and Centex Home Equity Corporation in Dallas, TX. Prior to joining MIB, Mr. Love provided HR leadership to Iron Mountain over the past 7 years in their off-site data protection and technology escrow businesses during growth, acquisition, and integration phases and most recently served as their Director of Benefits at the corporate headquarters in Boston, MA. Mr. Love earned an MBA from the University of North Texas in Denton, TX and a BS in Communication from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX. He has attended several professional HR development programs from SHRM, NEHRA, NEEBC, Cornell University, and is a certified HR professional. |
