Kevin J. Best is an Associate in the firm and is assigned to the Annapolis, Maryland office where he has advocated before administrative and legislative bodies as well as several courts throughout the State of Maryland. Mr. Best's practice includes handling variances, rezonings, boundary disputes, wrongful detainer actions, landlord-tenant cases, code violations and a myriad of other land use, building code and real estate related matters. Prior to joining Linowes and Blocher, he served as Director of Legal and Information Services for the Maryland Municipal League. In that capacity, he provided technical assistance and research support in the area of general municipal law and administration to elected and appointed officials throughout the State of Maryland. He also acted as liaison to the Prince George's County Municipal Association and served as contributing editor of the Municipal Maryland Magazine.
