Kevin is a Managing Director of Empire Valuation Consultants, LLC. He earned his M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Rochester’s William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration. He holds a B.S. in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management from Pennsylvania State University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) of the American Society of Appraisers. Kevin has performed valuations of large real estate holding conglomerates, engineering and software firms, restaurant franchises, movie theatres, nightclubs, and many other types of businesses. In addition, he has performed numerous valuations of intangible assets including patents, literary works, movie and music rights, as well as in-process research and development, technology and other intangible assets in relation to purchase price allocations. Kevin specializes in valuing professional sports franchises, including those in the National Football League, National Hockey League, Triple-A and Major League Baseball. These valuations and fairness opinions are performed for teams in relation to estate planning and corporate restructuring. |
