Mr. White is an associate in the Firm’s Corporate Group. He focuses his practice on representing bond counsel, borrower’s counsel and underwriter’s counsel in connection with tax-exempt bond financings of all varieties for both the public and private sector. His experience also includes representing corporations, limited liability companies and other entities in a variety of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, corporate reorganizations, copyrights, software and technology licensing, web-related agreements, terms of use and privacy policies for websites, and a variety of intellectual property matters.
