Kerry Shaughnessy joined Thomas Group in October 2005 as Vice President, Human Resources. She is responsible for and focused on Thomas Group’s biggest asset, our workforce. Her mission is to attract, develop, and retain outstanding talent for the company and provide them with the knowledge and work environment to perform at their best. Ms. Shaughnessy also sets Human Resources strategy and policy in the areas of Employee Relations, Staffing, Organizational Capacity and Utilization and Compensation and Benefits. Prior to joining Thomas Group, Ms. Shaughnessy was Vice President, Human Resources for BMK, LP, a national provider of sourcing, distribution, and merchandising of general products. She has also held the VP, Human Resources position at E. W. Blanch Holding, Inc. and Rauscher Pierce Refsnes, Inc.
Ms. Shaughnessy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from New Mexico State University and is designated as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Society for Human Resources Management
