As an associate with the firm, Kerry J. Roach concentrates her practice on products liability matters. Kerry is experienced in representing medical device, pharmaceutical and asbestos manufacturers in personal injury and products liability litigation. On behalf of these defendant corporations, she argues motions for summary judgment, settling factual matters outside court and eliminating the need for trial.
Kerry is a member of the NMM Women’s Forum Marketing Subcommittee, which focuses on speaking engagements, association memberships, trade group involvement and publications, and the planning of one substantive seminar per year.
Prior to joining Norris McLaughlin & Marcus, Kerry spent five years as an associate with a Newark, New Jersey firm. She was previously a summer extern to the Honorable Bernard Conway, J.S.C. of the City of Morristown, New Jersey, and a Trial Preparation Assistant to the Office of the Special Narcotics Prosecutor, Special Investigations Bureau of the City of New York. |
