Kerry A. Duffy is an associate in the firm’s Litigation, Banking & Financial Services and Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Law Groups. She has experience representing banking institutions, such as JPMorgan Chase Bank, and other financial institutions in various contract, loan default, and consumer fraud defense litigation matters. She also has experience in handling certain residential and commercial foreclosure matters for various lending institutions. Kerry held a judicial clerkship in the Superior Court of New Jersey Appellate Division for the Honorable Edwin R. Alley, J.A.D. during the 2001-2002 Court term.
Kerry is also a class agent for her alumni class from Widener University School of Law, and acts as a liaison between her alumni class and the Law School with the goal of broadening the base of alumni participation in both alumni activities as well as fundraising. |
