Director of the company since January 1998. He is currently the President of Parker Price Venture Capital, an investment and consulting company. He is also the Chairman of Fluid, Inc., and a Director of Capital Markets Company. Mr Price was General Manager of Securities and Capital Markets of IBM Banking, Finance and Securities Industries from August 1994 until July 1998. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank of San Francisco from 1993 through August 1994,
Mr. Price holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History & Politics and a Master of Arts in Slavic Studies from the University of Montana. He attended Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar. He also serves as a Director of The San Francisco Company, which is the holding company for the Bank of San Francisco and sits on the board of the American Bridge Company. |
