Kenneth Thornton has served as a director since June 2004. Mr. Thornton worked for International Business Machines (NYSE: IBM) from November 1967 until April 2001 when he retired as General Manager Worldwide Public Sector. Mr. Thornton has served as a director of CyberSource Corporation (NASDAQ: CYBS) since April 2001, First Genetic Trust Corporation since December 2002, Hire Networks corporation since November 2001, Infodata Systems (OTC: INFD) since July 2004 and the National Symphony Orchestra since July 2000. In addition, Mr. Thornton has served on the Advisory Board of the U.S. Postal Service since January 1998 and CrossMatch Technologies since November 2003. Mr. Thornton received his B.S. in Business Administration from Barton College in 1964. |
