Mr. Ruotolo was appointed Chief Financial Officer in October 2001 and became Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration in March 2003. Before his employment at ANTs Mr. Ruotolo provided strategic and financial consulting services to the company from January through May of 2001.
Prior to consulting for ANTs Mr. Ruotolo was a founder and Vice President of Operations for eStar Inc. which developed and syndicated web-based content. While at eStar Mr. Ruotolo managed the company's finance and administrative functions.
Prior to joining eStar Mr. Ruotolo was a partner for twelve years in era2 an interactive design and Internet consulting agency. While at era2 Mr. Ruotolo oversaw the financial project management and business development functions. Mr. Ruotolo successfully managed projects for companies such as: ADP Siemens Palm Inc. Lucent Lockheed Martin and Williams Communications. Mr. Ruotolo holds a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of California at Davis and an M.B.A. from Northeastern University in Boston. |
