Mr. Kay serves as Senior Executive Vice President of CB Richard Ellis and is responsible for supervising the financial affairs of the company, capital formation and allocation, financial reporting to shareholders and maintaining communications with commercial bankers and the investment community. Professional Experience Mr. Kay is a seasoned and versatile top-level executive with a successful track record in financial and operational management within manufacturing, distribution and entertainment companies, including Big 4 public accounting experience. His background encompasses proven leadership skills in multi-divisional, international operations with a thorough knowledge of strategic planning, business development, acquisitions, divestitures, operational reengineering, profitability and cost improvement, treasury, information systems, SEC compliance, investment banking and investor relations. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis he served as Chief Financial Officer (in addition to various other executive and management positions) for Dole Food Company, Inc., Universal Studios, Inc., Playmates, Inc., Systemed Inc. and Ameron International, as well as having worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers. |
