Ken Greenberg

Ken Greenberg brings more than 20 years of combined sales, marketing, business development and management experience to the role of vice president of marketing. Greenberg oversees Guidester's marketing efforts and manages the partner services aspect of retailer relationships.

Before coming to Guidester, Inc., Greenberg spent more than seven years at AC Nielsen, the world's leading marketing information provider. In his most recent post, Greenberg was vice president and senior director of marketing for Megapanel Consumer Services where he directed the cross-functional development of Homescan Online, a joint venture with Nielsen/NetRatings. This new division provided the CPG industry with the first quantitative measurement of the impact of online behavior on offline sales and Greenberg managed all aspects of development.

Previously, Greenberg was vice president of marketing for the Homescan Consumer Panel Division of AC Nielsen. In this role, he managed the overall marketing effort of the division and oversaw the creation of the first US Hispanic consumer panel and the development of new scanning technology for global panel applications. He coordinated sales and marketing efforts for Homescan's core product line and supported the sales team by developing professional sales materials and conducting new product presentations.

Prior to AC Nielsen, Greenberg spent three years at Timex Corporation where he held the position of manager of product planning in the Advanced Digital Products division. Here, he managed all aspects of new product development and led the launch of an innovative PC-communicating watch that won a number of important industry honors including Best of Show at Consumer Electronic Show and the POPAI award for display merchandising.

From 1990-1995 Greenberg worked at Precise International where he held the positions of divisional marketing manager in the Performance Products Division and marketing manager of the Consumer Products Division respectively. In these roles he managed the marketing, sales and new product development efforts of the consumer electronics division and increased sales more than 25% in the first year.

Greenberg began his career in 1985 as a senior auditor and certified public accountant.

Greenberg graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a B.S. in Business Administration and received his M.B.A., also in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business and Consulting, from Columbia University's Graduate School of Business
