Mr. Kenneth Cragun joined Modtech in June 2006 serving as the Company’s interim Chief Financial Officer. In August 2006 Mr. Cragun was hired permanently as its Chief Financial Officer. Prior to serving as Chief Financial Officer for Modtech Mr. Cragun worked at MIVA, Inc., an Internet marketing company, from 2003 to 2006. There he held various senior level financial positions serving most recently as Senior Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer. From 2002 to 2003, Mr. Cragun was the Chief Financial Officer of ImproveNet, Inc., a software company focused on the building materials industry. The company also provided an online contractor matching service for home improvement projects. From 2000 to 2002, Mr. Cragun was the Chief Financial Officer and Controller of NetCharge.com, Inc., an online invoicing and payment service. He was the Corporate Controller of C-Cube Microsystems Inc., a semiconductor manufacturer from 1994 to 2000. Prior to that time, he worked for 3Com Corporation and Deloitte & Touche. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Colorado State University-Pueblo. |
