Kenneth has been with Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin sine August of 2002 as a member of the Casualty Department. He is involved in a wide array of casualty matters including product liability and premises liability defense.
Kenneth received his B.A. from the University of Scranton in 1995. Thereafter, he attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he received his J.D. in 1998. He is admitted to the Bars of New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
After law school, Kenneth worked from the firm of Evans, Osborne & Kreizman, primarily in the area of insurance defense. In 2000, he joined the firm of Tansey, Fanning, Haggerty, Kelly, Convery & Tracy, where he gained valuable trial experience defending the interests of some of the largest, nationwide automobile and truck manufacturers in design defect and product liability claims. |
