Mr. Bialo has represented a broad array of banking, industrial and international petroleum companies in a variety of class action, patent, mass tort/environmental, antitrust, shareholder, environmental, and breach of contract litigations throughout the United States. He has extensive experience in the federal and state courts, and in arbitrations.
Mr. Bialo has also participated in numerous litigations in foreign nations, including Canada and the United Kingdom.
