Mr. Moltner joined Bressler, Amery & Ross as counsel in the domestic relations, commercial litigation and securities litigation practice groups after practicing at the firm formerly known as LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae and Shea & Gould. Mr. Moltner enjoys experience in all phases of litigation. His substantive areas of experience encompass matrimonial matters, including prosecuting and defending divorce actions and drafting separation agreements, real estate and mortgage foreclosure litigation, LLC, corporate and partnership disputes, contract interpretation litigation, and trusts and estates litigation. Mr. Moltner has represented individuals in high-profile domestic relations matters, as well as prominent real estate and entertainment companies, banks, and Business Improvement Districts. Mr. Moltner has also counseled clients on their agreements in order to prevent litigation.
Mr. Moltner has presented Continuing Legal Education lectures at the New York City Bar Association and the New York County Lawyer’s Association where he has lectured on Electronic Discovery and New York State Practice and been a Faculty Member and Presenter at Deposition Skills Workshops . He has been an Adjunct Professor at New York University’s SCPS, Hunter College School of Continuing Education, and Marymount Manhattan College and has taught litigation, business law, and constitutional law. He is a Commercial Division Neutral who has mediated disputes for the Supreme Court, New York County, and has been a Special Master for Hon. Richard Braun of that Court. |
