Mr. Kirschner is a member of the law firm of Kirschner & Legler, P.A. and counsel to the law firm of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP. From 1998 until the formation of Kirschner & Legler in 2001, Mr. Kirschner was a partner in the Jacksonville office of the law firm Holland & Knight LLP and, subsequently, of counsel to the law firm of LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, L.L.P. Prior to 1998, Mr. Kirschner was a shareholder of Kirschner, Main, Graham, Tanner & Demont, P.A., a Jacksonville, Florida, law firm. As an attorney, Mr. Kirschner specializes in corporate and corporate governance matters, finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Kirschner served as General Counsel of the Company between December 2005 and March 2007. He has served as a director of the Company since 2002 and served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors from July 2005 until June 2007, at which time he was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors. |
