Ken has more than 30 years of executive, entrepreneurial and consulting experience. He has served as COO, CFO, and CEO, for a variety of companies involved in a financial turnaround and profit enhancement. Over his career, he has helped and conducted turnaround plans, cash management and control programs, insolvency analysis, creditors and parties-of-interest negotiations, due diligence, corporate financings and real estate workouts. Ken has served in official capacities as debtor-in-possession, trustee for debtor and receiver for companies undergoing a Chapter 11 proceeding, out-of-court workouts and liquidations. Prior to founding his own company 20 years ago, he was a turnaround manager for an owner-investor group based in New York City, a financial analyst and a business writer.
