Kenneth J. Wessels has served as a director of the Company since October 2000. Mr. Wessels was Chief Executive Officer of Dain Rauscher Wessels and a director of Dain Rauscher, Inc., from March 1998 to May 2000. Prior to joining Dain Rauscher, Mr. Wessels was Chief Executive Officer of Wessels, Arnold & Henderson, an investment banking firm which he founded in 1986. Currently, Mr. Wessels is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of the following entities: Strong Financial Corporation, Strong Capital Management, Inc., Strong Capital Management International, Inc., Strong Investor Services, Inc., Strong Retirement Plan Services, Inc. and Strong Service Corporation.
