Kenneth J. Rodriguez concentrates his practice in the areas of professional liability defense, employment litigation and workers' compensation defense, insurance defense, and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Looney & Grossman, Ken was an associate at Berman & Dowell, a six-lawyer commercial litigation boutique.Ken was born in Baltimore, MD, and has lived in Boston since 1993. He received a B.A. from Gettysburg College, an M.A. in English Literature from Boston College, and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School. While at Suffolk, Ken was the editor-in-chief of the Journal of High Technology Law (2004 2005), and he participated in the Literacy Volunteers of Massachusetts program.Ken is admitted to practice before the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. He is a member of the Massachusetts and Boston Bar Associations. |
