J. Kenneth Glass age 60 has served as a director since March 2004 and currently serves on the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee. Mr. Glass currently serves as Chairman of the Board President and Chief Executive Officer of First Horizon National Corporation (First Horizon) (NYSE: FHN) and First Tennessee Bank National Association (First Tennessee Bank). Mr. Glass was elected Chairman of the Board of First Horizon effective January 1 2004 and President and Chief Executive Officer of First Horizon in July 2002. From July 2001 through July 2002 Mr. Glass was President and Chief Operating Officer of First Horizon. Mr. Glass received his B.A. in Accounting from Harding University and graduated from Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program. Mr. Glass is a director of FedEx Corporation (NYSE: FDX) and First Horizon. |
