Ken Erickson joined Dubuque Bank and Trust in 1975 as a Consumer Loan Officer, and moved to the Commercial Loan Department in 1984. In 1986 Ken was appointed a Senior Lender along with Doug Horstmann and the two of them began to jointly manage the lending functions at DB&T. With additions of other member banks to the Heartland organization Erickson was appointed Senior Vice President of Heartland in 1992 and assumed the responsibilities of Credit Administration. In December of 1999 he was promoted to Executive Vice President. In addition to the lending responsibilities at the holding company Erickson also oversees the company’s non-bank subsidiaries, Citizens Finance Co. and ULTEA, Inc. Erickson graduated magna cum laude from Upper Iowa University with majors in business and accounting and has attended numerous banking schools, including the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. |
