In an exceptionally deep and diverse career spanning all major real estate product types from North Carolina to California, Ken has directly managed over 3 million sq. ft. of office and industrial design & construction and over 1 million sq. ft. of tenant build-out. Highlights of Ken's unique experiences to date include leading the Superfund environmental restoration of the highly contaminated Otis Air National Guard Base site in the early 1990's... leading the team that designed the 1.1 million sq. ft., $230 million Union Pacific headquarters facility in Omaha... directing ten construction managers to provide tenant improvements to a 10 million sq. ft. office portfolio in southern California... and many others, including some of REDICO's most notable current office and retail properties. Working closely with REDICO's Chief Investment Officer, Ken leads the development or redevelopment of retail and office projects from inception through occupancy. To this role, he brings a wealth of formal education, a breadth of experience, and a passion for the business. Over the course of his career, he has earned a B.S. in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas; a Master of Civil Engineering from M.I.T.; and a Master of Science in Real Estate Science and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin. Ken's excellent organizational skills, keen analytical thinking, and strong consensus-building capabilities complement his breadth of development and project management experience, his incomparable educational background, and his passion for the real estate business and customer support to deliver superior results for REDICO and our customers. |
