Responsible for the planning, execution, measuring, monitoring, and communication of activities for The Swig Company 9+ million square foot portfolio. Ken is the chief officer responsible for all capital transactions, including partnership structuring, property acquisition, disposition, and financing. He also directs The Swig Company in-house property management activities, and he serves as the primary owner representative with our investment partners. Prior to joining The Swig Company in 1998, Ken was the Director of Asset Services, Northern California, for Cushman & Wakefield. During his career spanning more than 25 years in commercial real estate Ken has held positions with regional developers Bedford Properties and Norland Properties, and in the office leasing group for Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado. Ken is a member of Lambda Alpha, and a former Board member and past President of BOMA San Francisco.
