Ken Long is Chief Finance Officer for Electric Cloud. Ken brings more than 10 years experience in corporate financial planning and public accounting. He spent several years in public accounting with Big 4 accounting firms where his experience included SEC filings, initial and secondary public offerings, private placement debt offerings, mergers, acquisitions, etc. He also brings a proven track record in private industry, holding finance executive positions at both public and private software companies including NetIQ and StrongMail Systems. He has led both small and large finance organizations responsible for public offerings, Sarbanes Oxley implementations, and the day-to-day management of the overall accounting function. Ken is a licensed CPA and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. |
