In March, 2008, Mr. Kearns joined Pomeroy as Senior Vice President of Service Delivery and is responsible for the executive management and oversight of Pomeroy’s service delivery and operational excellence initiatives. Prior to joining Pomeroy, Mr. Kearns served as Vice President of Customer Service and Support with Gateway Computer. Before this, he held the position of Vice President, Sales Service Delivery and the Region Vice President of Service Delivery for CompuCom Systems, Inc. in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Kearns also held Vice President positions at both CSC Corporation and IBM Corporation, and has over 40 years of experience in the information technology industry. |
