Kenneth Hsiang has served as our Chief Financial Officer since January 2007 and the President of ISE Labs since June 2004. Since joining ASE in 1999, Mr. Hsiang has worked in various financial and strategic planning roles within in the ASE Group. Prior to joining the ASE Group, Mr. Hsiang held various positions at Connetics and Price Waterhouse LLP. Mr. Hsiang is a Certified Public Accountant in California and holds bachelors degrees in economics and rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Hsiang is the nephew of the wife of Jason C.S. Chang, our Chairman.
