Ken DeCarlo is responsible for DoubleStar’s Project Recruitment & Outsourcing Services. DoubleStar is the first company on the East Coast to apply a consulting, project-oriented approach to Recruiting with unrivaled success for hundreds of clients in a variety of high-growth, talent-centric industries.
Since joining DoubleStar in 1999, Ken has been responsible for designing and leading effective recruitment project teams for companies such as Siemens Medical, GSK, SAP, & Pepco Holdings Inc. Prior to joining DoubleStar, Ken was an HR Director for Mars Inc. and the Vanguard Group, helping both organizations to achieve long-term, aggressive growth goals.
Ken earned his BS in Psychology from Millersville University, MS in Psychology from Villanova University, and his MS in Human Resource Management from Villanova University. Ken also teaches courses in Villanova’s graduate Human Resource program and is a member of the Board of Directors for Villanova’s Graduate HR Program. |
