Ken Coleman has served as one of our directors since September 2001. Mr. Coleman founded ITM Software and has been its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since May 2002. In May 2001 Mr. Coleman founded Coleman Consulting and consulted on various strategic matters for several companies through May 2002. From 1987 through May 2001 he held various positions including Executive Vice President of Global Sales Service and Marketing with Silicon Graphics Inc. Mr. Coleman serves on the board of directors of MIPS Technologies Inc. and Acclaim Entertainment Inc. Mr. Coleman received his B.S. and M.B.A. from Ohio State University. |
