Ken Clinebell has over 22 years of financial and operational management experience in both public and privately-held companies. At Vertical, Mr. Clinebell is responsible for the Company’s finance and administration, human resource, information technology and operations functions. Most recently, Mr. Clinebell was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Comdial Corporation prior to its acquisition by Vertical during September 2005. Prior to Comdial, Mr. Clinebell was with Vicorp Holding LLC, an international software development company, where he was Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. He holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida and is a certified public accountant. |
