Ken Berkeley is a principal in the tax service area of EKS&H and has been involved in public accounting since 1991. He has extensive experience providing tax, consulting and compliance services to individuals, closely-held businesses and public companies. He serves clients in a variety of areas with emphasis in international taxation, pass-through entities, franchising, and mergers and acquisitions.
Ken has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in international finance from Oregon State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Hawaii Pacific University. Ken is an active member of various professional organizations. |
