Mr. Lew is currently a consultant in the merger/acquisition business. Mr. Lew has been an Officer/Director/CFO of a public company since January 2000 and a Special Advisor to the Board of Directors of another public company sinse January 2001. He holds an MBA in Business Finance, a B.Sc. in Cell Biology, and a BA in Chemistry from the University of Washington and Seattle City University.
Mr. Lew has produced and edited two financial books about Charitable Remainder Trusts and has authored several technical publications in the Chemical Engineering/Bioengineering field. His education, technical background and experience in business finance provide a valued source of expertise in the private and public corporate sector. |
