Kemp's practice is concentrated in the areas of commercial real estate, lending law and real estate brokerage law. He regularly prepares and advises clients about purchase contracts and leases, examines and certifies title to real property, resolves title problems, handles purchase and loan closings, assists in the development of industrial, sports, office, retail and residential properties, represents lenders on N.C. lending law matters and closings, and assists clients with real estate brokerage law matters. Kemp began practicing with the firm in 1986.
Kemp received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He received his J.D. from Wake Forest University. |
