Kelly is a seasoned search professional with diverse industry experience. Kelly started her career with Act-1, a woman-owned minority company, where she honed her skills for finding quality administrative professionals. It was in this role that Kelly developed her recruiting skills and found that she had wonderful success in creating deep relationships with clients and candidates. Recruited to Loan Administration Network, Inc., a woman-owned search firm specializing in the banking and mortgage industry, Kelly went through the same training program as certified loan administrators to fully understand the banking and mortgage processes. Kelly was given the opportunity to successfully work with some of the largest banking and mortgage institutions while supplying very senior level candidates for clients such as Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and CitiCorp. In 2000 Kelly joined APR Consulting, Inc., a woman-owned minority search firm specializing in Information Technology and Engineering. Once she was fully versed and had a proven track record in these fields, she branched out the company's scope to include executive, sales and marketing placements, as well as, large administrative projects with great financial success. Kelly achieved relationships with clients such as Fluor Daniel, AQMD, and ConAgra Grocery Products. In addition to banking and mortgage, information technology, and engineering, Kelly has worked with clients in the consumer goods, government, construction, and not-for-profit industries.
