Kelly Cassidy, CMB, Vice President and Loan Officer joined Q10 | National Mortgage Co. in January 2000. Before coming to Q10 | National, Kelly was a fourteen year veteran and key member of the Ward Cook loan production team. Under his guidance, the company grew from a one office mortgage banking boutique to a regional force with offices in four cities. Kelly received a BS in Business Administration from Portland State University and graduated with distinction from the School of Mortgage Banking at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. He is a Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) with a strong commitment to the education of the industry’s next generation bankers. Kelly has taught Real Estate Finance at the college level as well as conducted classes for the Mortgage Bankers Association. He contributed to the college text, The Essentials of Real Estate Finance. |
