Kelli Richard, has served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer since January 2007. Ms. Richard joined Invitrogen in August 2005 with more than 14 years of extensive accounting and financial reporting experience, previously serving as Vice President, Accounting & Reporting and Principal Accounting Officer at Gateway, Inc. Ms. Richard has added value to Invitrogen’s accounting organization in multiple areas, including strengthening the external reporting processes and spearheading efforts to update critical accounting policies. Ms. Richard is a certified public accountant with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Iowa. |
