Kelley Abell serves as Chief Government Relations Officer of ResCare. Ms. Abell came to ResCare in 1997 to create the Office of Government Relations. Under her leadership, ResCare has developed and implemented a government relations strategy for a grassroots campaign for employees and consumers, development of trade associations as well as the management of the ResCare Advocacy Fund created in 1999. Prior to joining ResCare, Ms. Abell served in a variety of positions in both national and state political organizations.
Ms. Abell attended the American University in Washington, D.C. and the University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky earning a bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Economics. |
