Mr. Fife is a recognized Government acquisition, proposal, and project management expert, with over twenty years of acquisition experience and over thirty years of Government project management experience. He has held leadership roles on nearly 100 acquisitions, supporting or working with most major Government contractors. He has successfully managed six large Government contracts, including the 2001 UK Census Processing Contract, and many small projects. Mr. Fife teaches classes in proposal management, performance management, and Government acquisition processes. His current clients include Lockheed Martin and IBM. Mr. Fife graduated from the University of Colorado with an MBA in International Business. He also has an MS in Computer Engineering from the AF Institute of Technology and an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from The Ohio State University. Mr. Fife is a both a certified Program Manager and a certified Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability Engineer. He also has extensive foreign language training in Arabic and Vietnamese. |
