Keith Blase, the recently appointed coach for the US Paralympic Sled Hockey team, is a 1973 graduate of St. Louis University with a BS Degree in Business Administration.
Keith has over 25 years of experience in sports administration and program development at the amateur and professional level, Keith has also served as a General Manager or Coach of six USA Hockey National Teams and was a member of the 88' and 92' U.S. Olympic Hockey Teams. Keith was instrumental in the development of USA Hockey's coaching Education and Player Development Programs from 1983 - 93.
Keith is currently preparing the US Sled Hockey team for the 2004 World Championships in Ornskoldsvik, Sweden and the 2006 Paralympic Games in Torino Italy. He also remains active as a youth coach; clinic instructor and volunteer for the Arizona affiliate of USA Hockey.
