Keith J. Schneider joined Keystone in 2005 as Executive Vice President, California Project Manager for Keystone's properties in California . Mr. Schneider has over 24 years of experience in real estate development. From 1994 -2005, he served as the Development Coordinator for Diablo Grande, a 30,000 acre master planned destination resort and residential community located in northern California. Prior to that, he served as Vice President, Planning and Land Acquisition for Oakwood Builders, a Modesto , California single family home building and development company. He also held the position as Executive Vice President of the Building Industry Association of Central California from l981 - l990. Mr. Schneider graduated from Drake University in l970 and is a licensed California real estate broker. He serves as the Immediate Past President and sitting board member of the Building Industry Association of Central California and is President of Boy Scout Troop 76, Modesto, California. |
