Keith D. Reuben age 40 is co-president of the Healthcare and Specialty Finance Business of CapitalSource Inc. (NYSE: CSE) a leading commercial lending investment and asset management business focused on the middle market. As of June 30 2007 CapitalSource managed an $20.1 billion portfolio of owned and managed assets.
Keith has served as co-president of the Healthcare and Specialty Finance Business of CapitalSource since 2006. Mr. Reuben has served in a variety of positions at CapitalSource since 2001 including managing director chief operating officer director and investment officer. Prior to joining CapitalSource from 1999-2001 Mr. Reuben was at Heller Healthcare Finance and its predecessor company Healthcare Financial Partners where he was a vice president in the portfolio development group and senior counsel in the legal department. From 1997 to 1999 Mr. Reuben practiced corporate and securities law in Washington D.C. for Hogan & Hartson L.L.P. where he represented a variety of private equity firms and their portfolio companies engaged in leveraged buyouts leveraged build-ups and other merger and acquisitions. Before joining Hogan & Hartson Mr. Reuben practiced corporate and securities law in Atlanta for King & Spalding.
Keith received his undergraduate degree from Yale University and his juris doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. |
