Keith C. McLean-Shinaman is the Chief Financial Officer of this billion dollar system and oversees all financial operations. He has almost 30 years experience in the health care field and has been Senior Vice President, Finance and Treasurer, since 1995. Previously, he held positions as Vice President for Financial Planning and Analysis, Director, Financial Services and Director, Audit Services, at Baystate. Prior to joining Baystate Health, he was employed by the international public accounting firm of Arthur Young & Company. Mr. McLean-Shinaman earned an AB degree in economics from Hamilton College and an MBA degree from Rutgers University. |
