Kaushal Agrawal joined Atrica in September 2004 and serves as the company's Vice President of Global Customer Service. Mr. Agrawal brings to Atrica over 14 years of experience in the networking and telecommunications industry, and he has held various senior management positions responsible for engineering, product quality, and product support. Mr. Agrawal served as Director of Engineering at Vernier Networks, a Wi-Fi security management company where he was responsible for OEM software development, product quality, and customer engineering. Prior to Vernier, Mr. Agrawal was Director of Engineering Operations at Calient Networks, a photonic switching optical networking start-up. Previously, Mr. Agrawal spent over 6 years with Cisco/Stratacom in senior management role, where he was responsible for product quality for ATM/Frame Relay WAN products and introducing high availability services for most of the tier 1 carriers worldwide. In this role, Mr. Agrawal was responsible for several releases to major carriers and service providers with significant revenue run rates. Earlier in his career, Mr. Agrawal held technical and management leadership positions at IBM Storage Products Systems Division. Mr. Agrawal received his BS in Electrical Engineering from University of Arizona, Tucson, Arizona. |
