She has a wide range of professional experience spanning more than fifteen years in leadership and ten years in the IT services industry with significant experience in the development and evolution of the HR function within entrepreneurial services firms.
Katie began her career in the non-profit sector and has worked for professional IT service firms in roles which include recruitment, staff management, HR management, organizational development, and account management. She holds a Bachelors of Applied Arts degree in Organizational Communication, Management, and Industrial Psychology from Central Michigan University. |
