Kathy Paladino is president of Motorola’s Enterprise Mobility business headquartered in Holtsville NY. In this role Kathy is responsible for the business strategy and day-to-day operations of the Enterprise Mobility business which also includes a network of nearly 10 000 partners from around the world.
Joining Motorola (formerly Symbol Technologies) in 2004 Kathy held sales leadership positions in the U.S. and Americas International Theaters and most recently held the position of Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales.
Prior to joining Motorola Kathy spent eight years with Cisco Systems leading Cisco’s U.S. Cable and Emerging Service Provider business. A 20-year technology industry veteran Kathy has held sales management positions at Dell Computer and Wang Laboratories.
Kathy is on the Board of Directors for the AeA a nationwide non-profit trade association that represents all segments of the technology industry. In the past she has served on the board of directors of the Telecommunications Industry Association and was the 2003 Chair of the Women’s Action Network at Cisco. Beginning in 2004 she’s been proud to act as executive sponsor of Motorola’s Women’s Action Team.
Kathy holds a BSFS Degree from Georgetown University and resides in New Canaan CT with her husband Matt and son Mike. |
