Kathy Cunningham most recently served on the audit and finance committees of J.D. Edwards & Company as an independent financial expert until the company' s merger with PeopleSoft, Inc. Prior to her work with J.D. Edwards, she was the CFO of Requisite Technology, Inc., an internet infrastructure software company, and was previously the COO and CFO of NxTrend Technology, Inc., a developer of wholesale distribution ERP systems. Kathy also served as CFO of Spatial Technology, Inc. (now Avatech Solutions), a developer of geometric modeling software. Kathy is a member and past President of the Financial Executives Institute. She is a Board member and past Chairman of the Colorado Software and Internet Association, the Treasurer and a Board member of the Denver chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors, and a member of the KPMG Audit Committee Institute. Kathy holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin (Madison) and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Denver. |
