Ms. Hinton is an associate in the Energy & Utilities Group at Brown Rudnick. She practices in the areas of federal and state environmental law, and has been involved in matters related to CERCLA, RCRA, Deepwater Port Act, Natural Gas Act, Federal Coastal Zone Management Act, Connecticut Coastal Management Act and public trust issues. Ms. Hinton has drafted waste service agreements for arrangers and haulers, conducted transactional due diligence for transactions involving energy facilities and identified potentially significant environmental liabilities associated with targeted assets. She has also provided assistance on a variety of Superfund cases. In addition, Ms. Hinton practices in the area of health care law and assists clients with compliance and regulatory matters.
Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Ms. Hinton was an associate at LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae LLP in Hartford, Connecticut.
