Kathryn A. Lodato
Profile : Kathryn Lodato is an associate in the Tax Group, representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and federal and state tax disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lodato practiced tax law for a Chicago firm for more than two years. She received her juris doctorate, magna cum laude, from the Northwestern University School of Law in 2003. While at Northwestern University she was on the Dean's List, a member of the Order of the Coif and of the Northwestern University Law Review. She earned her bachelor of science in accounting, high distinction, from Indiana University in 1999 where she was on the Dean's List. Ms. Lodato is admitted to practice law in the states of Indiana and Illinois.
