Ms. O'Donnell has over ten years of venture capital experience. She is currently a Partner at Advent International a leading global private equity firm with over $10 Billion in cumulative capital raised. At Advent Kathleen is responsible for investments in information technology with a focus on enterprise software and infrastructure. She has led the firm’s investments in over ten early-stage companies and is currently a director of Demantra Inc. Open Service Inc. PowerSteering Software Inc. Procuri Inc. Ultimus Inc. and Upoc Networks Inc.
Prior to joining Advent in 1999 Kathleen was an associate at Warburg Pincus a global private equity firm that has invested approximately $20 Billion in more than 525 companies in 30 countries. At Warburg Kathleen was responsible for information technology investments. She has also worked as a management consultant for the Financial Institutions Group of A.T. Kearney. Kathleen holds an A.B. degree in Electrical Computer and Systems engineering from Harvard University.
