Kathleen Hart
Profile : Kathleen Hart is a partner in the Litigation Group. She handles a variety of commercial, business, employment and general litigation matters, many of which involve emergency temporary restraining orders and injunctive relief. Examples of her range of experience include the pursuit or defense of non-compete, trade secret misappropriation and unfair competition claims; shareholder and corporate control disputes; failed business transactions; contract disputes and business torts; actions involving RICO, fraud, embezzlement, and conversion claims; bank and mortgage fraud cases; and federal court litigation support for patent and intellectual property matters. Ms. Hart also serves as outside counsel for various privately owned businesses; consults and assists clients with obtaining MBE/WBE certification in Indiana; and prepares, negotiates, or consults with companies and executives respecting non-compete, severance and employment agreements.

She regularly consults with clients and trains managers on ways to prevent claims and avoid litigation.
